Timing Was Perfect!
I met Kathy when she joined my networking group Women of Worth chapter in Thousand Oaks, timing was perfect! I was in need of pens. Kathy came to my office with a selection of pens and helped me choose the right pen for my budget not to spare quality. Soon I was in need of more promotional items. Kathy and Marty helped me select an item that would compliment my pens and was a new to the market as well. A Minor Christmas Miracle!
Marty at Grouchy's performed a minor Christmas "Miracle." For a number of reasons, I was not able to get my order in early for the items I wanted to send as client gifts. Only days before the date I had to ship for Christmas delivery, I called Marty. He helped me identify the right products for my gifts, and then placed an express order. He pushed the manufacturers and coordinated the overnight shipping to ensure I got the products on time for my office to mail them to all my clients. I have had nothing but fine compliments ever since. One client even said this: "I only have two pens I always keep close and never lose - the gift from my wife, and your Alvarez Firm pen" What a compliment to our Firm, and to Grouchy's! Thanks Marty!
